Patriot 2 Ton, 4 Ton & 6 Ton
Truck mounted, self-contained infrared restoration system.
The Kasi patriot proudly combines, on one chassis, a 48 sq. ft. infrared pavement heater, 2,4 or 6 ton capacity asphalt reclaimer, large tool storage area, compactor compartment, and dumping waste bin. Hydraulic controls add to the ease of operation. The patriot provides a 2-person crew with all the materials and equipment necessary to perform the finest asphalt restorations.

Proheat Minuteman
Two-ton capacity Asphalt Reclaimer, 48 sq. ft. Infrared Heater, roller ramp system.
The Kasi-Pro Heat Minuteman is a self-contained asphalt restoration system. It is Ideal for permanently repairing all general asphalt defects including potholes, surface cracking, utility cuts, trenches, bird baths and man holes.
The Pro Heat Minuteman will provide a two-man crew with all the tools and equipment needed to perform the finest asphalt restorations.
4R
Four-ton Capacity Asphalt Reclaimer
The Kasi-4R maintains four tons of plant mix asphalt at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 48 hours. This unit also reclaims stockpiled asphalt (virgin or previously excavated). These features facilitate year-around patching of roads with permanent material.
In addition to supplying hot asphalt, the 4R also provides the operator with convenient 30″ high shoveling platform from which to work.

2RTM
Two-ton capacity, truck mounted, asphalt. Re-claimer and storage unit.
The Kasi 2 RTM is designed to maintain 2 tons of hot asphalt at plant mix temperature for up to 48 hours in any weather. Additionally, it can reclaim stockpiled asphalt, returning it to 300 degree material overnight. Because this unit takes up less the 4′ of rail space it allows the remainder of the truck to be used for other purposes. The 2RTM can be used in combination with an infrared heater for infrared restorations, or simply to make hot asphalt available whenever it is needed.

IR-480
Trailer mounted 48 square foot Infrared Heater with 8 UltraGlo converters.
The Kasi IR-480 utilizes infrared radiation to heat existing asphalt pavement. In 3 minutes the pavement will be sufficiently softened to apply pavement texturing. By increasing heating time 5-6 minutes the asphalt will be workable to a depth of 2 1/2 inches, without damage. Once softened, the existing asphalt is reused and, with the addition of virgin material, the pavement can be restored to its original condition.
The IR-480 is ideal for permanently repairing all general asphalt defects including potholes, surface cracking, utility cuts, and trenches as well as installing pavement texturing.
IR-300
Trailer Mounted 30 Square Foot Infrared Heater
The Kasi IR-300 utilizes infrared radiation to heart existing asphalt pavement. It is highly maneuverable by hand and sets up in seconds. The UltraGlo infrared heaters in the IR-300 are identical to those in all Kasi equipment. The 5″ wide x 6″ long heater is small enough to get into tight spaces yet large enough to tackle the occasional “big job”.
The IR-300 is an ideal unit for smaller patching jobs or completing paver punch list items. Almost any asphalt defect including pot holes, raveling, paver seams, puddles, high spots, oxidation cracking, utility opening etc. will be permanently repaired using the IR- 300.
